Love, lessee of Opera and Club House at Hanna be divided so that the store will receive an a rbitra ry amount of $1 25.00 per month, and the remainder applied on the light a nd rent accounts: Ina smuch a s the maintenance, depreciation, taxes, insurance, etc. on this building are cha r ged to the Real Estate Department, it seems to me that an arbitrary amount should be credited for rent, actual amount for light, and the remainder credited to t he Store. The buildings cost ~14,000.00, deprecia- tion charges amount to ~43.00 and insurance charges ~5.00 per I am unable to figure maintenance or tax charges.
