All items of debit or credit to Capital Account should be reported on Form 274. The credit to Capital Account should be reported by the selling Company on sheet headed nBookkeeping Adjustmentsn. It seems to me that a neu deed, omitting the reservation, should be executed and delivered to the Coal Company. If the Railroad Oompany is not t1illing to do this unless the Union Paoifio Coal Company agrees to deed to the Railroad Company a right of uay over Section 30, after it has been soquired, I lmow of no legal reason why you should not do so.
