Copyak, Stansbury Mine, on date Novemer 7, 1947; The injury is not to be counted as a lost-time injury due to the f'act that the workman has returned to work within the time specified by law. Also, if this is to be included among our lost-time accidents for this year, it would seem to be necessary to renumber the accidents occurring since that date.
